At Selkie, we want you to feel like a dream in your purchase; however, if your item isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition drops and sale items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download a pre-paid shipping label and print the return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
